DC Ranch

This Master Planned Community began as a working cattle ranch in 1885. The manicured desert vegetation within authentic split rail fences, walls and monuments crafted from native stone, and walking paths tracing what may once have been old cowboy trails, reflect and honor the character of the ?old southwest?. There are apartments, condos, patio and town homes, connected villas, and single family homes located in both gated and ungated subdivisions. The private DC Ranch Country Club has an 18-hole golf course and 35,000 square foot clubhouse.

A new estate community, Silverleaf, is being developed within DC Ranch, with its own guard gated entry, and also with its own private Silverleaf Country Club 18-hole golf course and exquisite clubhouse. Custom lots in Silverleaf range in size from one to more than fifteen acres and will average approximately one million dollars. In addition to the estate sized custom lots, there will be neighborhoods of villas, as well as single family homes, developed around eleven parks.
