I’ve been a licensed Arizona Realtor since 2003 and have spent more than two decades helping buyers and sellers throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the surrounding luxury communities. As a native Phoenician who was born and raised in the Valley of the Sun, I bring an in-depth understanding of the neighborhoods, communities, properties, and market dynamics that make Arizona real estate unique.
My approach is straightforward: listen carefully, understand what matters to you, and provide the experience, market knowledge, and negotiating expertise needed to make smart decisions. I’m hands-on throughout the process and believe great representation should feel personal, responsive, and—most importantly—low stress.
My experience includes everything from first-time buyers and move-up sellers to high-end estates, second homes, investment properties, and complex luxury transactions. Outside of real estate, I live in Scottsdale with my wife, Jaime, our twins, Luke and Ava, and our three dogs. I enjoy spending time with family, exercising, and golfing with friends and clients.

Ryan is definitely an agent you want to work with. I've worked with both traditional and online agencies before and Ryan is different. He cares for his customers, he is in constant contact via text message or phone - whatever you prefer.
